Imi place sa amestesc bauturi.

Si imi mai place sa cred ca atunci cand fac un cocktail am mai pus o caramida impotriva globalizarii gustului. Termenul imi pare si mie putin exagerat uneori, dar inca nu am gasit altul care sa esentializeze ceea ce vreau sa spun. Incerc sa aduc si sa integrez in cultura de bar arome romanesti, precum siropul de brad, socata sau visinata, arome ce rezoneaza pana la ultimul fir de par cu noi, romanii. Iubesc diversitatea aproape religios. Mi-ar placea sa traiesc intr-o tara in care oamenii nu mai beau ambalaje desenate frumos si in care zambesc mai mult.
